There were people lined up in the entry way. We had to stand in line over an hour just to gain access to the venue only to be stuffed inside like sardines!!!!! The floors were sticky, it was hot, and hard to maneuver because there were entirely too many people inside. The event venue distributed complementary entrance passes that caused the venue to be over capacity by the time the concert was over. My friends and I purchased these tickets with the expectation we would continue our concert experience with some additional fun.
Usher literally had everyone in the arena standing on their feet the entire night while he sang hit after hit !!! His show was perfection, his dancers, band and DJ were all an amazing addition. I swear Usher is like the young nephew that I grew up with in my head. The guys checking people in should handle it a lot better because they were overwhelmed. People getting angry and bumping into each other and drinks being spilled. We have not enjoyed ourselves this much at a concert or afterparty in a long time. My husband and I did not leave till 3am and our flight to Miami left at 7am. Everyone enjoyed themselves in a nice atmosphere dancing, drinking, smoking and singing the entire night. My feet were killing me in my heels but i did not care because the DJ kept the place rocking. He kept everybody on the dance floor nonstop and I twerked on my husband the whole night. He was watching to see if they knew the words to the song and if we didn't, he changed the song. This guy just didn't play music, he made sure that the crowd was enjoying every song that he played. I cannot remember the DJ name, but I believe he said that he was from Atlanta. This is the section where Usher performers were hanging out. The VIP section DJs were okay, but the non-VIP section DJ's set it off. There were two separate areas to the after party with two separate sets of DJs. They interacted with the guests and even invited some of them on stage. My experience at USHERS after party was simply amazing! Even though Usher did not show up to his after party, his performers did, and they were very pleasant. I was soo bad I left and called Klanra the very next day. I would like to speak to someone at Ticketmaster regarding this matter my account is being charged $203 for something I didn’t need.I had a hard time bringing up my ticket because I’d internet service in the building causing me to hold the line up and The gentleman who was the User said to me is there a problem I told him I’m trying to get my ticket to pull up and he said you didn’t I don’t know anything about a ticket come on in. This is my Hard earned money and I don’t think it was far. So I called Klarna and the customer service representative put in a complaint to you all. I think that was Very Unprofessional to say you need a Ticket almost like a Scam. When I got to where the After Party was all they did was check your ID, Security Scan and let you in without asking fir a Ticket! So I asked a few people and they said they didn’t have to get any Tickets.
